As a health coach I support people who are feeling out of control and without an understanding of what’s going on in their body by enabling them to understand the factors affecting their health and to take ownership of their health so that they can make mindful health choices resulting in more energy.
These are the key beliefs of my coaching practice
- A tiny change done consistently over time will have a lasting impact
- To love someone well you have to know when to let go
- Our habits were created to protect our inner child, but they are no longer protective
- Self care is not selfish
- Food is love, if you take away food you are also removing love
Our coaching sessions are typically on the phone once a week for 12 weeks. Together we identify a motivating factory, why do you want to change, and the obstacles keeping you from making lasting changes.
